Learning Dynamics, Inc. recognizes the importance of privacy. We maintain client confidentiality, following legal and professional ethical requirements.
Client information is kept confidential among Learning Dynamics staff and shall not be released and/or disclosed to any outside person or agency except as allowed by law, required to process payment, or with written permission of the client, the client’s legal guardian, or legally responsible person.
Legal exceptions to a client’s privilege to confidentiality include: communication from the client or a family member that leads staff to believe that the client is at risk of harming themselves or others; when there is a reasonable suspicion of abuse or neglect of a child, dependent adult, or elder; and/or when records are court ordered by a judge compelling disclosure.
